It's horrible to watch a documentary and just leave with more questions. Was the Mandalay Bay concert shooting a war between the military and the deep staters with citizens in the cross fire?

Like almost all mass shooters, the Mandalay Bay shooter had been on psychotropic drugs. Psychotropic drugs have provide no benefit to the user, but there is a huge downside, one being suicide/homicide ideations. It is listed as a 'side effect' of these quack drugs.
What the fuc does that have to do with the original post? Stephen Paddock didn’t kill anybody at route 91.
On October 1, 2017, a mass shooting occurred when 64-year-old Stephen Paddock opened fire on the crowd attending the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada from his 32nd-floor suites in the Mandalay Bay hotel. He fired more than 1,000 rounds, killing 60 people and wounding at least 413 others.
The window in that room wasn’t broken until after Paddock was found dead. There is proof of the timing in videos if you search.
