I did not catch this and I need to do some digging.

I find this to be equal parts intriguing and concerning. We know from Q that military tribunals are an important component to retaking the Republic. But I do not want common criminals being caught up in military justice. There's a thick line between those two things for a very good reason.

Highly doubt it's for common criminals. It's for the mid and high level arrests
