This (or one like it) such as Planet X or Nibiru has been known about for some time.

Why, otherwise would our military and that of every other 1st World civilization spend years and trillions of $$$ on building these Deep Underground Military Bases (D.U.M.B.S.) to save some semblance of the population?

It was clearly worrisome enough that they've been boring underground for decades and squirreling away food, water, seeds, medicines, etc.
