Give us an update when you go. I’m thinking the WH know DC will be a bit dangerous during this time and want to avoid citizens getting harmed. If the Smithsonian and others get shut down similarly we will know for sure. Only lobbyists and corrupt politicians left.
White House tour was nice, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Several seperate layers of security to enter. Unfortunately, Trump didn't pop in. DC streets where clean, only saw 3 homeless folks, not living on the street. Surprised more tourists were not walking around, but, I also do not frequent the area to know. National Guardsman were visible, some had rifles. Thanked them for being there. Overall enjoyed the time spent in DC with the family.
