I will tell you a little something about the flu shot. At my old job a guy who works for the patent office used to come to my state for hunting he would come into the gas station where I worked and we would have chats a few nights once a year it was the longest running conversation I ever had lol.
Anyways he works for the patent office he told me about how every year the cdc would pick vaccines for two or three different flu viruses, they are never really sure what flus are going to hit it's basically a crap shoot. I haven't seen him in a few years since I switched jobs and I had memory holed this. I have never had a flu shot and never planned to. He confirmed what I always felt.
