Plain English: direct digital posts across platforms to reach and engage people.

“Despite the constant negative press, communications over various feeds electronically for engagement still go through.”
Meaning: The press can attack me, but I bypass them and speak directly to the public through digital channels.
It was introduced by an idiot Democrat Mike Quigley to mock President Trump's statement.
The bill itself was intended to make all of Trump's tweets on Twitter part of the official presidential records.
Yeah it was a great coincidence or maybe Trump's a time traveler
