Nothing at all. This happens all over the world. When Jews were forbidden to own land, they took over certain professions, aka banking, which led to poverty for many people and the growth of Jewish wealth and power.

Also, look at the Japanese during WWII, they were banned from owning land in California and they had Vietnamese and Laotians buy up all their homes and property so they could hold on to it.
