I reckon it was a US surrogate or maybe via the Epstein baby farm network (zorro ranch)? She travelled to Canada a couple of weeks (when she was saying the Royal family confiscated her passport 🙄) and there was chatter that she was retrieving eggs she’d stored? Her brother has said she had a hysterectomy- however he seems shady AF so who knows🤷🏻‍♀️
