OP might have a separate answer, but my take is that something happened by design to produce this story. So it's a mixture of both fake and real events to create a fake story. The deaths are likely well-staged and fake (disclaimer: I haven't done any original research myself), along with the injuries. More time will yield more details.
I can't answer what was real or fake about the event. They have some kind of ability to create these events to look realistic. Sandy Hook may be a good event to look back on to see how the cabal was able to pull off that stunt.
