This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

Okay, let's do it!
So-so.
I often get a lot of pushback at home when trying to do this.
10oz of round steak and .. 3 s’mores. Did go most of the day and that’s not precisely a “meal”, but it ain’t a solid 3 day fast either, heh.
“Don’t make me a meal today.”
“I cook, you eat.”
“No, no, I said don’t make me any food.”
“I cook, you eat.”
sigh.
Sighs.. yeah I failed too.. had a 10 oz NY strip steak.. let's try again tomorrow lol
I’m looking at it as a half success for mostly making one day. Still failed to pray which puts it firmly into the “this is not the fast I desire” category, but still better than nothing.
U know i think if we stick to one meal a day like a steak only it’s considered a fast.. let’s try that Fren. Oh and pray and reflect, in contemplation all day. I believe that works as a fast..
