Only real influence on that claim other than observation would be Parasite Pill. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone else came to those conclusions as well, though. It really seems like it’s mostly just a matter of noticing some things within a biblical/spiritual perspective.
Also related to why you’ll occasionally see me encouraging people to abstain from pork and shellfish - you know, other than God saying, “don’t eat that.” 😉 (are we seeing the “why” now?)

I think everything in the Bible has meaning, we’re just not in tune enough with God/Holy Spirit to recognize it.
