I'm not sure how old you are but Harris and Klebold (Columbine Shooters) left written documentation regarding their desire to get back at the people who had been bullying them. Who knows how many others don't bother to sit down and leave a journal giving their reasons for doing what they did?

I'm not saying that some of it might not be MK Ultra but there are a lot of kids being persecuted daily by their peers. Apply Occam's razor when things like this happen.
