Great idea and everything, but Trump (as of right now) is not eligible to hold the office of President for another term, and therefore cannot be Vice. Same reason obummer can't be Vice.
“ No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”
It just says they can not be elected to the office of President, not that they cannot serve.
So it is possible, but I’m with PBMan below… this great man has given us enough. Let him relax after all this. He’s been so selfless; we shouldn’t be selfish.
Constitution forbids anyone from holding office of VP who is not eligible to hold office of Pres. I can't remember the section number, but look it up, it's there.

The wording of the amendment…
“ No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”
