After previously criticizing President Donald Trump’s federal takeover of Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser has since changed her stance, praising the federal operation for the reduction in homicides, carjackings, and gun crimes.

She is probably going to use the lower crime rate to justify eliminating a bunch of cops. The left wants to defund the police anyway.
