Come on people, it’s not long. Read it. I see “separation of church and state” claimed as being part of the constitution way too often on this site. That’s the kind of thing I expect from normies on Reddit.
If we decide to go that way, most likely it would only apply to government officials as well, as now. Not sure it’s a great idea for it to be “treason” as opposed to just tightening up how those crimes are enforced, though.
Weaponizing them to undercut the government’s function would almost surely be treason, and not in a way that needs to be codified, just judged.
