"Shakur was reportedly spray painting on a local bridge when the victim took a picture of him, which started an altercation. Shakur then allegedly shot the man during the incident.

Shakur was arrested at his home, which was covered in graffiti such as "BLM, Free Palestine, and Defund the Police."

Why does this keep happening???"
