Evil shit. I nearly killed myself as this crap gave me ideas of self harm, if it wasn't for my friends at church I would not be here now, praise be.

Before allopathy the go-to plant for melancholy was Vervain (Verbena officinalis) not many studies have been done on this plant since then, presumably as no funds were available.

Same as it ever was.

A friend of mine took those bar things… I forget the name (Xanax?)… for a while. Said he started thinking about killing himself a lot, and got right back off of them.

Noted a few days ago that EVERYONE I’ve known of who’s killed themselves (save one attempt) has been on SSRI’s, and the other was still on a mild psychotropic.
