We have all recently learned the extent of the sleazy U.S. Education Systems. From Randy Weingarten and the Teachers Unions to the Colleges and down to Daycares. We have a DEI Problem, we have a Demonrat Problem and We have and EXTREME theft Problem.

You see most don't realize how towns operate leveraging assets, budgets and in particular Tax Appraisals impact DEBT they take on for special interest projects. Again as we have learned, politicians need $$$ to flow so they can take kickbacks, skim and conspire. Although nepitism is popular, we are talking the biggest practices. Painting pictures for banks in order to qualify for Bonds. This is how they finance the town and make the taxpayers left on the hook. Most don't even know what thier town is doing, how and why they are doing it. So let me let you in on the program.

Go to your town and take a look. It should blow your mind. So its basically like taking out second, third mortgages out on your own property. But they inflate it by raising your Property Taxes by design. I've already explained how its a RICO case by the Property Appraisers practices of using Real Estate "Comps" or comparisons to drive increasing the rates. They take mortgages at face value as the purchase price of the house or property when in fact many things are rolled into it. The cost of the title search, commisions, addemdums for improvements or taxes and insurance to start off with. BEYOND that they are just pre measuring the increases needed overall to achieve goals, for example, Borrowing More Money.

So again, collectively, schools have the possiblity of eclipsing $ 5 Trillion dollars of Debt Liabilities in America on the back of Taxpayers and in doing so commited crimes while assessing taxes in the method and in the application process for Bonds.
