Please tell us all where it costs to get a certified copy of your birth certificate? Maybe if you are illegal and buying one on the black market.

A certified birth or death certificate costs $20 in PA. https://mycertificates.health.pa.gov/pastorefront/customer/pa/paHome.xhtml

As an example: $50 for a birth certificate from CA, plus $128 for the Real ID charge in WA state.
