I thought the non military time version was more fitting. Trump was posting on a sunday night so it makes more sense.

Also, I've never heard him say good night before like that.

I thought about that as well using the 9:54 timestamp.

There may be multiple meanings to this post. I saw some some interesting gematria decodes for it as well.
