Do cabal assets sometimes do something outrageous on purpose to flood the search results with that new thing and push the thing they want to get away from out of the headlines?

They certainly do such things like with movie plots. Someone was once talking about how they tried to explain the concept of adrenochrome to someone just to have them reply "c'mon, that's the plot of Monsters Inc."
