I think they might be plasmoids. The same type of orb has been seen in New Jersey when the drones were appearing there. But also, similar orbs can be found, though much smaller, in haunted places.

In this era of "They lied about everything", it is my hope the mods will allow some more 'fringe' items for consideration. I think the orbs are related to other dimensions.
