I have been noticing for years the phrase "as young as 14" in MSM articles about Epstein. They really drive that point home over and over and over. Here Rep. Anna Paulina Luna coming out of the hearing yesterday fits the phrase into her remarks twice.

edit: I have to admit that, considering there are many suggestions in the realm of conspiracy that there are crimes being perpetrated on children YOUNGER than 14, that the phrase "as young as 14" is promoted as a firewall against the suspicion (in normies) that something much darker is happening.
Probably because there were plans to lower the age of consent, opening up legal arguments that offenders cannot be seriously punished, because now it is legal.
Very obvious strategy to avoid justice. If they are younger, the defendant can claim 14 was their perception too, and still use the defence that 14 is hard to tell apart from 12 or 11 etc...
They essentially did the same thing in the UK when they lowered the age of consent for "men" to match girls, from 18 to 16 (it was previously 21 too, and before that illegal entirely)
