I personally knew a couple of people who spent time time in prison. Granted, was state prison, not federal, but I'm hard pressed to believe skipping count of inmates is something the fed prison allows. It is taken very seriously in state prison. No one considered that STRANGE ?
4:00 pm count is nationwide for the feds. I had to “stand for count” over a thousand times for the feds. No one in the fed system is uncounted at 4:00 pm. All work assignments and inmate movement stops until the count is confirmed accurate. Inmates in the hole don’t have to stand though. I had a couple hundred of those too. The hacks lied about the 4:00 pm count here.
