Its only logical. I think 5 percent or less sales tax is enough. It should be in the constitution and made permanent and unchangeable as well as forbid any new taxes ever. Make a good economy or lose revenue its that simple.

That is what I have been thinking for awhile. And the rich will still pay most of the taxes cause they will be buying luxury goods.
