The pull up your boot straps mentality pisses me off so much. Yeah sorry I didn’t grow up in a time where you could work a factory job and buy a house and there wasn’t millions of H1-B’s and illegals taking jobs. Wanna get a white collar job? Now takes out $30,000 in loans with 4+% interest rate.

Anyone working a skilled job working 40 hours a week should be able to live comfortably. That isn’t a socialist concept. If we weren’t taxed to death and if the government actually enforced immigration law this would be easily obtainable.
