Im all for luxury taxes. Hell, even taxes on homes owned over 2 should be taxed heavily. We don’t need Jim bob sitting on 1000 empty homes because it cost him nothing to do so. We also don’t need Mary Sue sitting on 100 rental properties. We shouldn’t even allow corporations and foreign interests to own them.
