You give your kids to the government, you have to follow the government rules. If you "can't" homeschool (which is a BS excuse... and yes, we do make sacrifices and homeschool our kids!!!) you get what you get. I am done fighting the "but we caaaaaan't!" crowd. That just means you care more about your stuff than your kids. Move, get a different job, live within your means. But yes, you can homeschool.
