Most is from trade deals. He forced these countries to invest in the USA. For example, Japan is investing $550 million in certain industries.
The rest is from companies looking to move back manufacturing to the US because tariffs have forced their hand.
He's a master negotiator and it's in the new trade deals. I don't know how he does it, but he does.
He probably threatened them with higher tariffs.
