I don’t know about that I have been in interviews left and right , nobody is hiring me, why? I have tried everything even library jobs now I am going to try utility clerk something and I need benefits and a full time job, I am very shy person and I am an accountant but it is difficult for me to express myself and on top I have Hispanic accent. Why should I do? I constantly pray leaving everything to God. Hopefully he hears my prayers.
Good job, I agree that nobody here talks enough about this — nobody is hiring and the employment world has changed dramatically from the old ways. AI gets good application, a lot of tones AI even “interviews” you, and companies still act like they are God’s gift to you and give you the bare minimum while expecting the most, it’s got to change.
I actually really people interviewed me, but I am a US citizen and I don’t think they want or are hiring us, I bet they went to see if I was Republican? Who knows, maybe I looked desperate. Who knows. The only thing I can tell you is that am very decent and honest person not a leftist.
