Democrats have always changed word definitions to fit their current agenda.

OK... then let's do the same.

Definition: People or Person - One who does NOT engage in massive drug trafficking or large quantity drug manufacture, distribution or sales.
Sentence - "Raul became a drug dealer, so he's no longer considered a person".

There. That fixes it. The military is no longer targeting people or persons.
