How does congress not being able to trade stocks mean they don’t represent stock traders or stock holders? Nobody in congress is a NASCAR driver. Does that mean that NASCAR drivers don’t have representation in congress? The law says that people in congress can’t murder. Does that mean that murderers aren’t represented?
