Do you guys use it ? For those who have used for a lengthy period of time, what your opinion. My buddy brought it up over the weekend and I started looking into it and I just what people have to say about it. Thank you

I use AC in my Berkey water filter (along with flouride filters) and on the exit spout of my Vivohome water distillers. Using both in series cleans the tap water and removes 100% of garbage. Mineral pack soak is then used to create drinking water from pure distilled.
Activated charcoal capsules (like vitamin supplements) will soak up and neutralize most toxins in the stomach including most poisons. I use two at a time when needed. Keep them handy (in car or backpack) if ordering food in a Dem city and you are from "out of town". The demons will poison your food, especially if you are white.
