It's amazing how many of these black women who have been installed into powerful positions have turned out to be corrupt. You can give them a college diploma, but you can't give them any morals. They never learned the concept of that, and this is the reason why so many of them have been installed. Very easily corruptible. They're not too bright though, so that may end up backfiring on them in the long run.
The problem isn't so much that they don't have a framework of morality. The problem is that it is the wrong one.
You could make a God-fearing righteous black woman. This requires something like a "patriarchy" that instills proper virtue through shame, fear and punishment from an early age.
