He needs to be locked into a cell with this picture covering all the walls so he can contemplate his actions. If this murder is clearly shown on video I dont see how his actions will be justified. He should already be bumped up to the front of the line for an immediate execution. The judge who released him needs some attention, also. Her actions directly cause a woman's death. Repercussions need to come her way, too.
