The point of contention here is that the judges and district attorneys failed this woman. Congress needs to pass a new law that if a repeat violent criminal is repeatedly let off the hook and it contributed to a later murder the judges and district attorneys need to be held liable as an accessory to murder for failing them.
Even if they can't hold the judges criminally liable they can work a bill in to fine them enough to where they would think twice. Civil penalty of 250k for any repeat violent offender let off 3 or more times (3 strike rules) that led to a violent murder or attempted murder. Judges would be verrrrrrry strict on that 3rd offense
Agree, dangerous mentally ill people should not be released. They can’t make good decisions, they are mentally ill. The “Judge” is 99% responsible for this murder.

We need to evaluate the brains of each inmate to determine if they have any normal activity in their prefrontal cortex. If not this means they are in fact a psychopath. Lots of them end up in prisons. If you are determined to be a repeat violent psychopath then there is no room for improvement. They need a special ward at the nut house so they can be watched 247.
