It happens very suddenly. She looks confused but doesn't scream, fight back, or try to run.
He walks away and she passes out toward the seat next to her the slides onto the floor. There is some movement of her arm and leg but not much. Then a large pool of blood spills out in front of the seat.
I hope she didn’t feel any pain and a heavenly angel was already there to pick her up.. or if not, I hope she haunts that murderer and the judges who set him free till Kingdom comes.

I'm thinking the sheer terror, shock and adrenaline kept her from feeling any pain right up to the end.
