I remember when that hockey player got hit in the jugular with a skate blade during an nhl game... that looked similar and I pray to God I'm wrong

While wholly agree, had to search it but it was Richard Zednick when he was on the panthers… if I remember correctly he was saved because the trainer stuck his finger in the vein to stop the blood loss
