oh duh… That is crazy, but [20] is quite a bit away from [14] on the clock.
Maybe there is another 'standardized' (uniform but unknown) way to definitively connect them, but I don't know it.
Yeah, I don’t know if I’m being sloppy or not, but I don’t see how it goes from 2 relevant posts at [13] and [15] to [14], so going from strictly [17] to [14] by changing count by 3… ?? But it seems like it’d go from 18.5 > 15.5 if we are going off the middle of two posts.

Well the implication being that the event happened exactly in between two relevant clock Deltas with "high relevancy" ie ("the SHOT heard around...).
Here's the thing, if you have theories or ideas, don't hesitate to probe them. I would by no means call myself an expert.
And I’m only an amateur, who definitely hasn’t amassed any expertise on this.
