That was my first thought when I saw this. How do we know for sure when this was recorded? He could have been cheering as a fan. not a foe. And there are people around him. From the vids I saw yesterday, after the shot rang out, most of the people that close to the tent started fleeing but in this vid, most people are still close to the tent.
