It was the drop number, potus 46 was biden, he was in office in 86 so I dug a little, then I looked up speaches from him in 1986 and things got weird. Most seemed to be about Israel. I was up way to late and have yet to start digging again. If I find more I will post it but check out his speaches in 86, it's interesting.
