If you ever get to see the contents of one of their personal vehicles, it likely smells strongly of wildlife and unwashed ass, and is crammed near to the ceiling with McArbyTacoHut containers.
And vape leavings.
I hate to ASSUME dildos under driver's seats, but it certainly is a possibility.
In my area they are the ones who do "welfare checks" on kids in the home for various reasons..suspected abuse, drugs, poorness, etc etc.
They get to invade ones home uninvited, as far as I have been told, even after said families have been cleared on suspicions of above-mentioned abuse, drugs, poorness, etc.
These ppl who wear on their very sleeve quite an alarming hint of mental instability themselves, playing keystone cops with the community's kids.
Always suspect a DHHS worker of instability. This is my strong opinion based in observation and word of mouth from many in my community.
Ask around in yours, they prob exist there too. Maybe a different name.

I don't have kids so they won't check on me at all. Just got 2 dogs and they won't check on dogs. LOL
Besides, never need them.
Lol funny that,,but in some spaces these types will come annoy you about your dogs too
