From what I observed in the first video I watched the entry was on the same side as this security was standing, and if the information that he was killed by a bullet that ricocheted off his body amour that angle could be possible.
The shooter on the building was supposed to be directly in front of Charlie that would put the entry point directly into the front of his neck or ricocheted off his amour up through the front of his neck.
Do I have to be the one to state that the guy is on the opposite end of the entry wound?

Interesting, I saw entry to the left of Charlie's larynx. (Charlie's left)
I saw a stream of blood from the impact come back down from the right side in the first video.
