100% Patsy, the bullet hit from behind Charlie's right ear, the throat was the exit wound.
And even if you argue that the bullet exited behind his right ear, the assassin would have had to be laying on the ground at the front of the crowd to make that shot
Not even close. Chest to throat ricochet. Trauma plate deflection.
So it hit the plate, went into his neck and the shot sideways out from behind his ear?
There was nothing shooting out from his ear, wtf?
This does not jive with the video evidence of a clear pressure going on Charlie's chest, a clear ripple emanating out from his chest, and then the bullet likely ricocheting off his steel body armor into his neck. His body is pushed back into his chair, not to the side from the right. He does slump over to his left, but that was where the injury was and he was bleeding out. Even my mom noticed in the video that his shirt was fitting strangely on him. It's my belief he was wearing thin steel body armor. The sad part is that he might have lived if he hadn't worn that specific type.

This doesn't explain why Charlie gets pushed back like he was shot in the chest/front, and then the bullet ricocheted off of his steel body armor. Munchaussen explains the same thing in a comment below.
