The reason why is some messed up angry kid doesn't place decoys in the crowd to distract police. Especially Jewish ones who witnessed 9/11. Sorry but that is tradecraft and nothing else. I am not saying it was Mossad, but there is a larger play here than some angry kid. There is just too much that happened for that to be true.
