My friend who is an American Airlines captain just told me people are getting fired. They are told their social media is being monitored and this is a zero tolerance no exceptions policy. This does not infringe their freedom of speech, companies are allowed to fire those who do not allign with the mission statement or bring negative publicity. This is happening at hospital, it’s happening in schools, the silent majority isn’t silent anymore.

I agree this is a double edged sword. I just had a long discussion with a friend his position is that if you go around yelling, the N-word you get fired. I see his point. The conversation took a lot of different turns I feel that you have to give your enemy a golden bridge, and we are creating a group of evil people with nothing to lose in an axe to grind. There are no winners in a war.
This sword you're referring to has already been used on an upswing. The gravity of it all will bring it back down with some spice.
