My friend who is an American Airlines captain just told me people are getting fired. They are told their social media is being monitored and this is a zero tolerance no exceptions policy. This does not infringe their freedom of speech, companies are allowed to fire those who do not allign with the mission statement or bring negative publicity. This is happening at hospital, it’s happening in schools, the silent majority isn’t silent anymore.

This is always a consideration that we must keep in mind. We must be rational and consider the consequences. However, a check on out of control inhumanity was needed. I believe our point has been made and it is making a difference. That is where it needs to stay and let things settle down. Definitely no government action should be taken. Society needs to sort this out. Smith-Mundt needs to be reinstated but only with regards to the media.
