My friend who is an American Airlines captain just told me people are getting fired. They are told their social media is being monitored and this is a zero tolerance no exceptions policy. This does not infringe their freedom of speech, companies are allowed to fire those who do not allign with the mission statement or bring negative publicity. This is happening at hospital, it’s happening in schools, the silent majority isn’t silent anymore.

I don't understand how yelling Fire! in a crowded theatre is not considered free speech because of the possible consequences, BUT saying all manner of vile things including his children should be shot as well? THAT's A-okay? Nah.
