I'm serious when I say this-California and New Jersey need to be completely cut off from federal subsidies of any kind.{at the very least} They need to be put on a ten year probationary period and every cent they ask for needs to be tracked from start to finish. Every construction project-every project period-that they received money from the Fed in the past 20 years needs to be fully fucking audited. Every election for the past 16 years needs to be completely audited.
They are now inmates and need to serve their time.
