I don't like tipping off the bad guys. Many are too arrogant to take the hint, anyway, but I see no reason to warn them. Let them cheer and behave like the lunatics they are and let them experience the fallout of loss of friends, jobs, respect. It's the only way they'll learn. Not by telling them, but by showing them the results of their wicked behavior. Even at that, so many will twist and turn. My 2 cents.
